Jared is a Colorado native, seasoned Realtor, investor, lender, and former custom home builder with deep roots in the construction industry. He lives in Parker, CO with his wife, Sherri, and twin daughters, Paige and Peyton.
Before real estate, Jared spent 20 years racing motocross — 14 of them at the Pro level — earning 16 championships, including the 1997 Cambodian National title. His racing career took him across the U.S. and internationally to places like India, Costa Rica, and Barbados.
He earned a Construction Management degree from CSU and quickly rose to Director of Construction for a production builder before founding his own custom home company in 2004. In 2006, he got his real estate license to support his builds and fully transitioned into real estate by 2009. Jared has since flipped homes, built a rental portfolio, and guided clients through purchases, sales and on their own investment journeys.
As a dual-licensed Realtor and lender — a rare combo held by fewer than 1% of agents — Jared offers a unique, full-spectrum approach to every transaction. In his spare time, he enjoys motorcycles, snowmobiling, mountain biking, golfing, shooting, and time in the mountains with his family.
